Affiliate Program Terms
The rules of the ChronoProxy affiliate program, covering referral attribution, the 10% commission, payouts, promotion rules and termination.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. About these terms
These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") apply when you take part in the ChronoProxy affiliate program (the "Program"). They add to our Terms of Service, which also apply to you. Words defined in the Terms, such as "ChronoProxy", "we", "you", "Services", "Account", "Balance", "Traffic", "Dedicated IPs" and "Dashboard", have the same meaning here. If these Affiliate Terms and the Terms conflict on a Program topic, these Affiliate Terms apply.
In these Affiliate Terms:
- "Referral Link" means your personal link to our website with your referral code (?ref=your code).
- "Referral Code" means your personal code that a new customer can enter at signup.
- "Referred Customer" means a new customer whose Account is attributed to you under section 3.
- "Commission" means the amount you earn under section 4.
2. Who can join
You can join if you have an Account in good standing and you meet the eligibility rules in sections 3 and 12 of the Terms. You get your Referral Link and Referral Code in the Dashboard. By using them, you accept these Affiliate Terms.
We may refuse or end anyone's participation, for example if their audience or promotion methods do not fit these Affiliate Terms. You take part as an independent business or individual. The Program does not make you our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make commitments for us.
3. How referrals are attributed
- Referral Link. When someone opens your Referral Link, we can record the referral in the
cp_refcookie for up to 365 days. We set this cookie only with the visitor's consent where the law requires consent. Our Cookie Policy explains it. If a visitor does not consent, attribution may depend on them entering your Referral Code at signup. - Referral Code. A new customer can enter your Referral Code when they create their Account.
- New customers only. A referral counts only for a person or company that did not already have an Account. We cannot add a referral to an Account after it has been created.
- First valid attribution wins. If more than one affiliate could claim the same customer, the first valid attribution we recorded applies. Attributions that break these Affiliate Terms are not valid.
- Lifetime attribution. Once attributed, a Referred Customer stays linked to you for as long as their Account is active and you remain in the Program.
- Our records decide. If you think a referral was not recorded, tell us and we will check, but we cannot pay for referrals our systems did not record.
4. Commission
You earn a Commission of 10% of the net purchases of each Referred Customer. The rate is the same for every affiliate.
Net purchases means what a Referred Customer pays for Traffic and Dedicated IPs, after any discount. It does not include:
- taxes;
- top-ups that are not spent on a purchase;
- purchases or parts of purchases that are refunded or charged back;
- bonus, trial or promo Traffic;
- purchases paid with service credits or with affiliate earnings credited to the Referred Customer's Balance.
Hold period. A Commission becomes payable 14 days after the purchase it relates to. If the purchase is refunded or charged back, the Commission is cancelled. If we have already paid it, we deduct it from your future Commissions.
5. Payouts
- Monthly. Once a month, we pay the Commissions that became payable during the previous calendar month.
- Minimum. The minimum payout is $20. If your payable Commissions are lower, they carry over to the next month.
- Method. You choose to receive the payout as Balance credit in your Account or in cryptocurrency. Affiliate earnings credited to your Balance can be used to buy Services but are not refundable as cash.
- Wallet details. For crypto payouts, you must give us a wallet address that you control, on a network we support. Check it carefully. A payout sent to the address you gave us is final, and we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address. We may deduct the blockchain network fee from the payout.
- Verification. Before a payout, we may ask you to verify your identity under our KYC Policy and screen you against sanctions lists. We may hold a payout until verification is complete.
- Taxes. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your Commissions. Commissions are calculated in US dollars. We may ask for tax information where the law requires it.
6. How you may not promote ChronoProxy
You must not:
- refer yourself, your other Accounts, or people or companies you control, or earn Commission on your own purchases;
- bid on "ChronoProxy" or similar terms or misspellings in paid search ads, or use them in ad text, without our written consent;
- send spam, including unsolicited emails or messages, comment spam or forum spam;
- make misleading claims about the Services, for example about prices, availability, targeting or results, or describe them with words such as "undetectable", "guaranteed" or "100%";
- promote ChronoProxy on coupon, deal or cashback sites without our written approval, or publish promo codes we did not give you;
- use cookie stuffing or forced clicks, such as hidden frames, pop-unders or automatic redirects that set a referral without a real visit;
- promote uses of the Services that our Acceptable Use Policy forbids;
- target people in the places listed in section 12 of the Terms.
7. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your relationship with ChronoProxy wherever you promote us, as required by the US Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements and similar rules in other countries. Place the disclosure close to your Referral Link or recommendation, in plain words, for example: "I earn a commission if you buy through this link." A disclosure only in a profile, a footer or a separate page is not enough.
8. Use of our brand
You may use the ChronoProxy name and logo only to identify and link to the Services, without changing them. You must not:
- suggest that you are ChronoProxy, or that we employ, sponsor or endorse you;
- register or use domain names, social media accounts, app names or usernames that contain "ChronoProxy" or anything confusingly similar;
- copy the design of our website or create pages that could be mistaken for ours.
If we ask you to change or remove content that uses our brand, you must do so promptly.
9. Suspension, termination and forfeiture
You can leave the Program at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may end the Program, or your participation, with 30 days' notice.
We may suspend your participation and hold Commissions immediately while we investigate suspected fraud or a breach of these Affiliate Terms. If we find fraud or a serious breach, such as self-referrals, cookie stuffing, brand bidding or spam, we may end your participation at once. Commissions connected to the fraud or breach are forfeited, and we may recover Commissions already paid for them.
If your participation ends for any other reason, we pay the Commissions earned before the end date once their hold period has passed. After the end date, you earn no new Commissions.
10. Changes to these Affiliate Terms
We may change these Affiliate Terms or the Program, including the Commission rate, with at least 30 days' notice by email and on our website. A change applies only to purchases made after it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you can leave the Program before it takes effect.
11. Liability
Section 16 of the Terms (Limitation of liability) also applies to the Program. We do not promise any level of earnings or that tracking will work in every browser or device.
You are responsible for your promotional content and methods. If a third party brings a claim against us because of your promotion or your breach of these Affiliate Terms, section 17 of the Terms (Your responsibility for claims) applies.
12. Governing law
Section 20 of the Terms (Governing law and disputes) applies to these Affiliate Terms.
