Refund Policy
When ChronoProxy refunds Traffic, Dedicated IPs and unused Balance, how crypto and card refunds work, and your EU and UK withdrawal rights.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Summary
This policy explains when you can get your money back. It is part of our Terms of Service. The voluntary refunds below apply to all customers. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have the statutory rights in section 7, and nothing in this policy limits them.
| Product | Window | Condition | How refunded |
|---|---|---|---|
| Residential and Mobile Traffic | 7 days from purchase | No more than 100 MB of that purchase used | Full amount paid, to your original payment method (crypto: or as Balance credit) |
| Dedicated IPs (ISP and Datacenter) | 24 hours from delivery | The IP does not work as described, and support cannot fix or replace it | Price of each affected IP, to your original payment method (crypto: or as Balance credit) |
| Unused Balance | 30 days from the top-up | Money you topped up and did not spend | To your original payment method |
| Free trials, bonus and promo Traffic, affiliate earnings | None | Not refundable | Not applicable |
| EU and UK consumers | 14 days from purchase | Statutory right of withdrawal: you pay for what you used | Same means of payment you used |
2. Residential and Mobile Traffic
You can ask for a refund of a Traffic purchase within 7 days of the purchase, if you have used no more than 100 MB of the Traffic from that purchase. We refund the full amount you paid for it, after any discount or promo code. We then remove the remaining Traffic of that purchase from your Account.
If you have used more than 100 MB, or the window has passed, this policy gives no refund. Traffic does not expire, so the rest stays available in your Account.
3. Dedicated IPs (ISP and Datacenter)
If a Dedicated IP does not work as described, tell support within 24 hours of delivery. We will try to fix or replace it. If we cannot, we refund the price of that IP. For ISP IPs, you can also ask for one replacement per IP within the first 24 hours.
4. Unused Balance
Money you topped up but did not spend can be refunded on request within 30 days of that top-up.
5. Worked examples
These examples use our prices on the date of this policy.
Example 1: full refund. You buy 10 GB of residential Traffic at $2.99 per GB, for $29.90. You use 60 MB. On day 3 after the purchase you ask for a refund. Day 3 is within 7 days and 60 MB is not more than 100 MB, so we refund the full $29.90.
Example 2: over the usage limit. Same purchase, but you have used 2 GB. That is more than 100 MB, so this policy gives no refund, and the remaining 8 GB stays in your Account. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK and you are still within 14 days of the purchase, you can withdraw under section 7. You pay for the 2 GB you used (2/10 of $29.90 = $5.98) and we refund $23.92.
Example 3: Dedicated IP. You buy 10 ISP IPs at $2.00 per IP per month, for $20.00. Five hours after delivery, one IP does not work as described, and support cannot fix or replace it. We refund $2.00. The other nine IPs keep working.
Example 4: unused Balance. You top up $50.00 in USDT and buy 10 GB of residential Traffic for $29.90. $20.10 stays unspent. On day 12 after the top-up you ask for it back. That is within 30 days, so we send $20.10 in USDT (TRC20) to your sending wallet, minus the network fee. If this was your first top-up, the 500 MB bonus it added is not refunded.
6. How we pay refunds
You buy products from your Balance. So for a product refund, "your payment" means the top-up that funded the purchase.
Crypto payments. If you paid in USDT (TRC20), BTC or ETH:
- We send the refund in USDT on the TRC20 network to the wallet the payment came from.
- We refund the USD amount you paid, not the number of coins. For example, if you paid $29.90 in BTC, you get $29.90 in USDT, even if the BTC price has changed.
- We deduct the network fee for sending the refund.
- We may ask you to prove that you control the sending wallet.
- If you paid from an exchange account, the sending address may not be yours. We may then ask for a deposit address in your name.
Balance credit. If you paid in crypto, you can choose to receive a Traffic or Dedicated IP refund as Balance credit instead. You can use it for any product.
7. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK
This section applies if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom and you buy as a consumer, that is, for purposes outside your trade, business or profession.
Your right of withdrawal. You can withdraw from a purchase of Traffic or Dedicated IPs within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving a reason.
If you asked us to start immediately. If you asked us to start providing the service before the 14 days end, and you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what you already received:
- for Traffic, the share of the price that matches the Traffic you used;
- for Dedicated IPs, the share of the monthly price that matches the days that have passed.
We refund the rest. You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, for example when you have used all the Traffic of that purchase.
How to withdraw. Use either of these:
- In the Dashboard, use the "Withdraw from contract" function and confirm your withdrawal.
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement that you withdraw. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Your withdrawal is on time if you send it before the 14 days end.
Our confirmation. We confirm receipt by email without undue delay. The email shows the content of your withdrawal and the date and time we received it.
Your refund. We pay the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree to another method. For a crypto payment, we refund the USD amount you paid in the same coin and on the same network you used, and we do not deduct the network fee. If you prefer, you can ask for USDT (TRC20) or Balance credit instead.
